Job Summary
A rapidly expanding company is in search of an HR Generalist to facilitate employee engagement, recruitment and staffing, onboarding, employee relations, training and development, and compliance.
Human Resource Generalist Responsibilities
- Provide daily support to operations
- Administer HR policies, procedures, and programs
- Assist with recruitment efforts
- Support the HR team in developing and implementing performance management processes, including : Coaching and counselingDisciplinary actionsPerformance and productivity assessmentsAnnual reviewsExit interviews
- Maintain compliance with all federal and state reporting programs such as OSHA, FMLA, and DOL initiatives
- Assist in managing employee relations, employee engagement, sustainability, and community relations activities
Human Resource Generalist Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
- 3+ years of related work experience
- Strong knowledge of benefits administration and talent acquisition
- Experience in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to address issues and present solutions
