As the Production Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our seamless production process. Utilizing cutting-edge ERP software, you'll plan, organize, and track production output, ensuring our orders are delivered on time and our inventory is always well-stocked.

Your exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail will be instrumental in minimizing downtime and keeping our operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities :

• Use ERP software to Schedule outgoing deliveries and receive inbound deliveries, manage inventory and place orders when items are low, plan, organize, and track production output.
• Ensure orders arrive to customers on schedule.
• Work with the team to minimize production down time.
• Collaborate closely with our Maintenance Manager to coordinate preventative maintenance, manage parts inventory, and schedule timely repairs for our machinery, lifts, and trucks.
• Manage employees, including approving PTO requests, discipline / enforcement of rules, and verifying employee production output.
• Safety is a top priority, so you'll also conduct regular walkthroughs and lead engaging safety meetings to foster a culture of vigilance.
• Skills / Qualifications :
• To succeed in this role, you'll need to be a bilingual Spanish / English-speak
• Proficiency in MS Office software and a robust logistics or production management background.
• Skilled with basic computer applications (can learn / use ERP and other company-specific software).
• Prior experience in a supervisory or management role is a significant advantage, as you'll be responsible for leading and motivating a team of dedicated professionals.
• Background in logistics or production, two years experience preferred.
• An HS Diploma, GED, or some college or college degree, is a bonus.
• Must pass Criminal Background Check and Drug Screen

Pay : $31.70 to $36.92 per hour, depending on your experience.

Schedule : Monday-Thursday 6 am-3 : 30 pm and Friday's 6 am-1 pm
