About the Role :
As a Warehouse Supervisor in our Manufacturing industry, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our warehouse in Arlington, TX.
You will be expected to ensure that all products are received, stored, and shipped in a timely and efficient manner. Your main goal will be to maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment while meeting production goals and customer satisfaction.
This role will primarily cover and supervisor our shift B warehouse associates.
Shift B schedule : From 2 : 00 pm to 10 : 30 pm - must be flexible on coming in early or staying late.
Minimum Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in warehouse management or supervision
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment and software
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
Preferred Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or related field
- Experience with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies
- Familiarity with inventory management software
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
Responsibilities :
- Supervise and manage a team of warehouse workers to ensure that all daily tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
- Oversee the receiving, storing, and shipping of products to ensure accuracy and timeliness
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment to ensure safety and efficiency
- Develop and implement warehouse procedures to improve productivity and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all warehouse operations are aligned with company goals and objectives
Skills :
As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will need to have strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage your team and collaborate with other departments.
You will also need to be proficient in operating warehouse equipment and software, as well as knowledgeable in safety regulations and procedures.
Additionally, having a background in business or logistics and experience with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies will be beneficial in improving productivity and customer satisfaction.
Overall, your skills will be utilized to maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment while meeting production goals and customer satisfaction.
