POSITION SUMMARY
The Director, Metals Division will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the divisions operations, including production, supply chain management, quality control, team leadership, and business development. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in metals manufacturing and construction, who can optimize processes, ensure safety compliance, and achieve operational goals.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Leadership and Management :
- Lead and manage the Metals Division team, including Division managers, Project Managers, field operations, and support staff.

Manage the supply chain to ensure the availability of raw materials andOptimize inventory levels to balance cost andEstablish and maintain relationships with suppliers andSafety and Compliance :
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industryPromote a safe working environment and work with the Safety Group to conduct regular safety audits.Stay updated on regulatory changes and implement necessaryEDUCATION, QUALIFICATIONS, AND / OR EXPERIENCE
Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (Masters degree preferred).Minimum of 10 years of experience in operations management within the metals or constructionProven track record of leadership and teamStrong understanding of fabrication and production processes, quality control, and supply chainExcellent problem-solving and decision-makingStrong financial acumen and budget managementKnowledge of safety regulations and compliance standardsExceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
