This position is in Wagoner, located on the western edge of the Ozarks, and only 30 minutes from the Tulsa area and 15 minutes from Muskogee.

- Work in inpatient and outpatient settings
- Monday through Friday schedule as part of primary care call group
- 1 week or 1 weekend per month of phone call duties
