Responsibilities
Responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on all aspects of real estate development and construction projects.
This includes analyzing project plans and budgets, conducting site visits and evaluations, and recommending design and construction solutions to achieve project goals.
1. Collaborating with architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure that project objectives are met within budget and timeline constraints.
2. Conducting feasibility studies and due diligence assessments to evaluate the viability of potential development projects.
3. Reviewing project plans and specifications to identify potential risks and opportunities for improvement.
4. Providing recommendations for cost-effective design and construction solutions that meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
5. Monitoring project progress and performance to identify and address any issues that may arise during the construction process.
6. Conducting site visits and inspections to ensure that work is being completed according to plans and specifications.
