This role involves maintaining the books and records for a new IT vehicle currently in development, which includes bookkeeping for proprietary IT assets, detailed tracking and reforecasting of IT infrastructure and development spend compared to budget, maintaining a comprehensive ledger of all IT equipment for costing purposes, and calculating and invoicing fees to affiliates for services provided.
Additionally, the position requires meticulous tracking and reconciliation of Shared Services spend for Marketing, HR, and Accounting against the budget.
The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably in finance or tech industries, with a CPA designation and public accounting experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP, core financial processes, and control processes is essential. Experience with multinational entities, advanced proficiency in Excel, and familiarity with general ledger systems are also required.
The role demands meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational and analytical skills, and the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
This position involves close collaboration with Division Senior Management and Corporate Accounting.
