Construction Laborers

Qualifications :

Valid driver license is REQUIRED.

Must have reliable transportation.

General construction knowledge is a plus.

Must pass Basic Construction Math Assessment.

Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.

High School Diploma / GED.

Ability to work in a team environment and get along with others.

Ability to work a flexible schedule.

Ability to follow instruction and learn from constructive criticism.

Must be able to lift 50 plus pounds.

Must be able to do physical activity.

Schedule :

Monday to Friday 7am to 4pm

Experience :

Construction - 1 year (Preferred)

Work Location : Office / Shop located in Richfield, OH.

Job locations vary. Company vehicles will be used.

We will train you in all flooring systems and processes.

Primary Responsibilities :

Installation of both epoxy and stamped concrete floor coating systems. Including but not limited to : Metallic and

solid color epoxy, mosaic flake, stamped concrete overlays, and more.

• Floor preparation- including diamond grinding and shot blasting, repairs to cracks and patching.
• Performing work on both small and large projects, both residential and commercial.
• Ensure maintain strict compliance with all health and safety rules and regulations.
• Strive to meet and exceed production goals.

Pay : $16.00 - $20.00 per hour (dependent on experience)

Expected hours : 35 45 per week
