Northrop Grumman is seeking a Lead CPSO / Sr Principal Industrial Security Analyst to : develop, and administer security programs and procedures for classified or proprietary materials, documents, and equipment.

Studies and implements federal security regulations that apply to company operations. Obtains rulings, interpretations, and acceptable deviations for compliance with regulations from government agencies.

Prepares manuals outlining regulations, and establishes procedures for handling, storing, and keeping records, and for granting personnel and visitors access to restricted records and materials.

Conducts security education classes and security audits. Investigates security violations and prepares reports specifying preventive action to be taken.

Basic Qualifications :

Active Secret clearance.

Bachelors degree and 8+ years of security or security related or MS degree and 6+ years of security or security related experience.

An additional 4 years of applicable work experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's degree.

Experience with Special Access Program Security

Knowledge of DoDM 5205.7 Vol 1-4

Knowledge of ICD705

Preferred Qualifications :

Top Secret Clearance.

JADE / CORE / CV2 knowledge

Salary Range : $104,900 - $157,300The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results.

Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and / or personal business.
