Description : General Comments :

This position is for a Registered Nurse in an emergency department setting.

The unit has 11 beds with a patient ratio of 4 : 1.

Staffing includes 2 nurses for day shifts, 2 for mid-shifts, and 2 for night shifts.

Equipment includes a POC lab model, EKG, C1 ventilator, Baxter pumps, glucometers, and cardiac monitors.

Documentation is done using a Meditech system.

Scheduling involves three 12-hour shifts per week and four 12-hour weekend shifts per month.

There is no floating policy.

Patient experience requirements are set at 80% or above.

Preferred certifications, though not required, include NRP.

The required uniform consists of navy blue scrubs.
