We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner for our mobile wound care company servicing SNF facilities and / or patients in their homes.

As an NP you will participate in weekly bedside wound rounds throughout the Brooklyn area, establish a plan of care, change dressings and perform medically necessary debridements.

Required :
- Open to travel within the Brooklyn, NY area
- Valid NP license in the State of New York
- Must be able to pass all background checks
- Team Player
NP Experience :
- Skilled Nursing Facility - 1 year (Preferred)
- Wound Care - 1 year (Preferred) but not necessary. Company will provide all training.
License / Certifications :
- NP License (Required)
- Wound Care Certification (Preferred)
