Position Details : Location : Flint, MI

Schedule : Full-Time, School-Based

Contract : Current school year with potential for renewal

Responsibilities :

Provide individual and group counseling to students to address emotional, behavioral, and social challenges.

Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to create effective intervention plans.

Conduct assessments and develop strategies to promote student well-being and engagement.

Support students with attendance, crisis intervention, and social-emotional learning initiatives.

Serve as a liaison between home, school, and community resources.

Requirements :

Masters Degree in Social Work (MSW) or related field

Valid Michigan School Social Worker License or eligibility for licensure

Experience working in a school setting preferred
