Your annual goal should be to train and onboard five to ten new agents, with each one eventually closing twenty four deals in their second year.
You should have at least three years of sales management and hiring experience, preferably in the real estate industry. If you're interested in joining a dynamic real estate team, this is your chance! Compensation :
$90,000
Responsibilities :
- Teach newly hired agents to use our various platforms, such as Workman, Hubspot, and Dotloop
- Educate salespeople on how to structure their phone conversations, deal and lead management, and creating plans for each lead
- Collaborate with various brokers to locate prospective new salespeople who would be a fantastic addition to our team
- Acquire the knowledge, familiarity, and ability to converse about the Workman Way approach of managing and achieving success in one's business
- Give options for agent marketing to our marketing team in accordance with their specific needs
Qualifications :
- Must possess a high school diploma or GED and a bachelor’s degree in business or a similar major is desired
- Outstanding organizational skills and time management
- At least 3 years of experience in sales management or a leadership role in the sales department, preferably in the real estate industry
- 2+ years experience in real estate recruiting, sales, or related position
- Demonstrated exceptional social, verbal, and negotiating abilities
