Director of Clinical Programs Opportunity Description
Our client is a well-established and growing Behavioral Health Care organization focusing on providing services to Adults with Autism.
They have multiple Adult Day Care and Residential facilities. They are looking to add an innovative Director of Clinical Programs to help develop their clinical programs.
This position is open due to growth. Multi-site, facility-based clinical leadership experience in the Applied Behavioral Analysis industry is required.
A BCBA is a must. This position can be based anywhere in Burlington County, NJ . Relocation candidates welcome to apply!
Director of Clinical Programs Job Requirements
- Multi-site clinic-based ABA clinical leadership experience
- Board Certified Behavioral Analyst / BCBA required.
- Program development experience.
- Strong communicator and culture builder.
Director of Clinical Programs Job Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee clinical programs for adult day-care locations
- Work collaboratively with leadership and clinical teams to implement programs.
- Work with state and federal government on related regulations.
- Develop relationships in the community.
