The Senior Financial Analyst will play a critical role in the company's financial planning and analysis function. This position requires a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of financial forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling.

The ideal candidate will be adept at handling the complexities of multi-entity budgeting and forecasting, with strong analytical skills to support business decisions.

Responsibilities :

  • Forecasting :
  • Develop and maintain financial forecasts to support strategic decision-making.
  • Analyze historical financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
  • Budgeting :
  • Lead the annual budgeting process for multiple entities within the organization.
  • Work closely with department heads to ensure accurate and comprehensive budget submissions.
  • Monitor and report on budget variances, providing recommendations for corrective actions.
  • Financial Modeling :
  • Develop, update, and maintain complex financial models to support business initiatives.
  • Conduct scenario analysis to evaluate the financial impact of potential business decisions.
  • Multi-Entity Budgeting :
  • Manage and coordinate the budgeting process across various business units and entities.
  • Ensure consistency and accuracy in financial reporting for all entities.
  • Short and Long-Range Financial Planning :
  • Support the development of short-term and long-term financial plans aligned with the company’s strategic goals.
  • Prepare financial presentations and reports for senior management and stakeholders.
  • Reporting and Analysis :
  • Prepare regular financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Conduct variance analysis and provide insights on financial performance.
  • Collaboration :
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial initiatives and drive business performance.
  • Serve as a key financial advisor to senior management and department heads.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
