Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel - Nuclear Medicine Tech
Shift : Days. 8a-4 : 30p, 8x5, 40hrs per week, M-F
Length : 13 weeks
On call required; Weekends
Requirements :
- 3-5+ Years’ Experience
- Must be proficient in Gen NM as well as PET
- Required some education and training to be allowed to practice (usually national credentials)
- AHA BLS
- ARRT (NM) or NMTCB
Other Details :
- No local candidates (50 miles)
- Float between NM and PET as needed for direct patient care as well as indirect patient care such as patient reminder calls
- 10+ nuc med per day 12-14 PET / CT
- Top 10 Procedures : WB Bone scans, lung scans, Gastric emptying, renal scans, Hida scans, Thyroid uptake and scan, Thyroid wb scans, Datscan brain scans, Lympho scans, Parathyroid scan, FDG PET, Specialty PET
- Most Common Equipment : GE / Siemens
