Job Details

The attorney will provide legal advice, conduct research, prepare and review legal documents, and represent clients in court. This role involves day-to-day interactions with clients, negotiating settlements, and collaborating with other team members on various cases.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide legal advice and representation to clients in commercial / business litigation matters.
  • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis.
  • Prepare and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
  • Represent clients in court and during settlement negotiations.
  • Collaborate with other attorneys and team members on case strategy and management.

    • Qualifications :

  • Experience in Commercial Litigation.
  • Strong research skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the New Jersey Bar.
  • Experience in trial preparations and courtroom procedures is a plus.
