We're looking for a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to become an integral part of our mission.
At The Emerge School for Autism, we ensure that each BCBA oversees no more than 10 clients, supported by a dynamic team of 6-8 full-time Registered Line Technicians (RLTs).

Your Impactful Role :
As a BCBA, you'll be responsible for delivering ABA-based programming and services, both in-clinic and in-school settings.
You will develop individualized treatment plans, conduct assessments, and continually monitor progress to make adjustments that maximize each child's potential.
You'll also :
- Maintain meticulous treatment records and ensure all necessary documentation is completed promptly.
- Provide regular updates to parents and caregivers, keeping them informed of their child's progress.
- Train and supervise RLTs, guiding them toward certification and excellence in their roles.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and contribute to strategic planning for our ABA program.
- Uphold the highest standards of professional conduct, including maintaining client confidentiality and adhering to safety protocols.
Qualifications :
- Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.
- Current BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) and licensure as a Louisiana Behavior Analyst.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing ABA-based treatment plans.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
Preferred :
- At least one year of experience as a BCBA.
- Credentialed as a BCBA supervisor or ability to achieve this within six months of employment.
