As a Community Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our clients by assisting them in accessing various resources and services within the community.

In this role, you’ll experience a high degree of variety in job tasks and scheduling flexibility, with the majority of work conducted outside of traditional office settings.

• Key Responsibilities : Collaborate with clients to assess their needs and develop personalized support plans; assist clients in accessing resources related to independent living, employment, education, socialization, and recreation;
• work with both children and adults to promote their overall well-being and integration into the community; build and maintain relationships with community stakeholders, including local agencies, schools, employers, and healthcare providers;

provide advocacy and support to clients in navigating systems and overcoming barriers.

Qualifications and Requirements : We require candidates to have a bachelor's degree and be proficient in speaking Spanish.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Candidates should have experience working with diverse populations and demonstrate cultural competency. Reliable transportation and flexibility to work non-traditional hours are also necessary.
