Description
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join a global biopharma company to support their Capex portfolio.
This position is based in Dallas, TX and will require you to be on site 5 days a week managing a key project from design through to completion in around 18 months.
Responsibilities :
- Develop a comprehensive project management plan that includes schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Monitor risks throughout the project and take proactive measures to address them.
- Establish governance structures and processes to make decisions and provide oversight.
- Establish a change control process to capture and assess proposed changes.
- Review changes for their impact on scope, schedule, and budget.
- Execute the project plan while involving key stakeholders and customers.
- Ensure a smooth transition from project completion to operational phase.
- Effectively manage relationships with suppliers, ensuring they deliver as per their commitments.
Requirements :
- Portfolio of completed projects from conceptual design to operation.
- Ability to demonstrate projects delivered previously on time and within budget.
- Experience in managing projects in excess of $50m
- Excellent communication skills up to stakeholder level
