RN - TELEMETRY * up to $37,500 bonus

Overview

Up to $37,500 Bonus; up to $3,125 paid out monthly for 12 months after 30 days of employment. To receive bonus, must have a minimum of 1-year experience in Telemetry / IMC.

Position Summary :

The staff Registered Nurse (RN) is a professional caregiver who performs patient assessment, develops, implements and evaluates effectiveness of an interdisciplinary plan of care for patient populations with various diagnoses.

Maintains professional standards of conduct and ethics as outlined in department expectations and professional organizations.

Provides education to patients, families, caregivers and other health professionals. Assists in the supervision of other staff members, students and volunteers, as appropriate.

Demonstrates awareness and sensitivity to patients' / caregivers' rights, as identified within the institution.

Qualifications RN / Transitional Experience :

Acute Care or Telemetry experience, preferred. May consider RN experience in a long-term acute care facility, or subacute facility, in lieu of acute care.

Licenses :

Current California RN License, required.

Certifications :

• Current BLS required upon hire; American Heart Association Healthcare Provider.
• ACLS within 90 days of hire required; American Heart Association Healthcare Provider.
• NIH Stroke Scale within 90 days of hire, required.

Each new hire candidate who is offered employment must pass a physical evaluation, urine drug screen and pre-employment background checks before starting work.

• Salary / Hourly Wage range based on experience.
