Starting at $18.00 / hr. ($2 raise once passed Property and Casualty insurance exam)
Monday- Friday 8 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm

Responsibilities :
Support both new and established retail producers and their teams
Address and resolve concerns and inquiries from retail producers and clients.
Oversee the marketing process, collaborating with retail producers to optimize the online platform.
Cultivate and sustain professional and collaborative relationships with Support Team members, Brokers / Producers, and Clients
Demonstrate proficiency in insurance practices.
Recognize customer needs and provide informed recommendations for solutions.
Offer guidance to retail producers regarding the coverage features of our products.
Adhere to internal systems, processes, and procedures.
Assist with additional tasks as assigned.
Skills and Experience Required :
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, and Outlook
Previous Customer Service or Call Center experience
Prefer experience in servicing personal or commercial lines property and casualty insurance accounts.
A desire to gain and hold a Property and Casualty insurance license, shortly after commencing the role.
Effectively handle and de-escalate tense situations.
Exhibit proficient verbal and written communication abilities.
Collaborate as a team player while also displaying independence.
Stay updated on new products, procedural adjustments, and market trends.
Showcase exceptional time-management skills, efficiently handling multiple concurrent projects with changing priorities.
