About The Role

An exciting leadership position for a creative, growth-minded, and data-driven individual to play a crucial role in leading and evolving our Marketing and Digital strategy to drive brand awareness and business growth.

Reporting to the COO, the Senior Director, Marketing and Brand is responsible for the development and implementation of innovative and inspiring consumer experiences across all touchpoints including digital, media, social, CRM, and PR. By collaborating with the Operations team to develop and implement the digital marketing plan, this role will be a key contributor in positioning the brand to increase sales performance, traffic and customer engagement.

• Strategic Leadership : You’ll set the overall marketing strategy to grow revenue and market share across franchise-owned Sam the Concrete Man locations.
• Integrated Marketing Execution : Lead the development and execution of marketing plans covering acquisition, retention, reactivation, and loyalty.
• Budget Oversight : Manage location-specific marketing budgets with weekly KPI tracking and performance reporting. Manage department budget and make strategic budget decisions.
• Vendor Management : Select and oversee vendors, ensuring alignment with broader strategies.
• Performance Optimization : Focus on end-to-end marketing investment effectiveness, optimizing spend across channels.
• Brand Leadership : Act as a brand custodian.
• Innovation : Stay up to date with the latest marketing trends and identify new opportunities for growth including implementation of AI use.

Desired Skills and Experience

7+ years of marketing experience, ideally within a franchise service or retail industry

5+ years of experience with digital marketing

Highly analytical and data-driven

Strong leadership and management skills to drive collaboration and lead multi-disciplinary teams

Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools

Extensive background managing and optimizing PPC / paid search campaigns

Strong track record of delivering results in a high growth environment

Outstanding communicator, collaborator with high ability to influence a variety of internal and external stakeholders across different time zones

Ability to think critically both a tactical and strategic level

Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field; Master’s degree preferred.

Ability to work on-site.
