Receptionist
Title : Receptionist
Work Location : 154th Ave NE Redmond, WA 98052
Duration : 2 months (Possible Extension)
Hours : M-F 8AM 5PM
Payrate : $24 / hr. on W2
Note : Must have recent / current receptionist or front desk experience.
Note : Only US Citizens and Green Card holders.
Resource's typical working day
- They will be greeting people who will be coming into the office building.
- Upgrading budges as needed
- Guest badge printing
- Parking validation
- Scheduling conference rooms.
- Perform general administrative functions.
Experience : 1+ Year of professional experience is required
Level of Education : H.S Diploma
Systems / Software proficiencies : Microsoft Office Suite experience is required.
