Job Summary
We are looking for COMPANIONS - No License Needed - for IMMEDIATE job openings in Toms River, NJ (Ocean County) and Neptune Township, NJ (Monmouth County) .
Certified Home Health Aides and Certified Nursing Assistants are also welcome to join our team. You will work directly with patients, following a one-on-one care plan.
You operate with a big heart while providing personalized and attentive care and building genuine relationships with those you serve.
You are compassionate, reliable, able to work independently, and committed to creating a healthy and safe environment that meets patient needs.
Strong verbal and social skills are needed to succeed in this role. Prior Home Health or Hospice experience is a plus.
We operate throughout New Jersey; however, at present we are only looking for Companions who live in one of the following counties :
Monmouth County
Ocean County

Responsibilities
- Build relationships with patients by chatting with them to help keep them mentally healthy and alert
- Engage patients without physical contact in exercises or other fun activities (for example, playing cards, board games, watching TV)
- Report observations to supervisor
Qualifications
- Elementary / High School Education
- One year prior professional experience
