Our Tax team is seeking a talented and initiative-taking professional with a tax background in public accounting. This role will work closely with the business tax services leader and transaction advisory team to develop and assist in growing our services in a variety of industries including Manufacturing and Distribution, Construction and Real Estate, Engineering, Healthcare, Technology and Nonprofit.

The primary responsibilities of this position include :

• Review and analyze tax entity / organizational structures to facilitate changes in entity due to tax law changes, ownership succession, and the purchase or sale of a business
• Prepare entity / organizational calculations under various assumptions
• Review transaction documents and prepare technical analysis
• Conduct review of tax returns
• Assist with year-end and general tax planning
• Perform mid-level tax research projects
• Support all aspects of client services and foster client relationships
