What You’ll Do

• Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple roofing projects across various locations
• Manage crews, schedule labor, and ensure job site safety and efficiency
• Maintain strong communication with customers, vendors, and internal teams
• Ensure all work orders are executed according to plan, budget, and quality standards
• Evaluate staffing needs and work with the team to allocate resources effectively
• Monitor progress, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely project completion
• Any other duties or tasks that may be asked of you
