Customer Service Representative – Claims

Wise F&I delivers industry-leading administration services for automotive F&I-related, voluntary protection products such as VSC, Appearance, Tire & Wheel, Key Replacement, GAP and Theft-deterrent protection.
We process and adjust claims for these contracts within programs that are underwritten by only Excellent (A- or better) rated Insurance Carriers.
As a rapidly growing automotive F&I product provider with over 30 years of continuous operation in the Automotive F&I space, our operating partners include seasoned Insurance Agents, national Lenders and their client Automotive Dealers.
Primary Job Function : The CSR-Claims is responsible for the initial set-up and ongoing processing of automotive F&I-related claims filed by covered contract-holders with our company.
This includes both processing inbound faxes / emails and receiving inbound phone calls on new and pending claims.
Job Responsibilities / Tasks include :
- Processing new claim setups within established company procedures and guidelines
- Interacting and communicating directly with claimants via phone and email
- Evaluating and settling up claim files
- Indexing and attaching inbound correspondence / documentation
- Working pro-actively and cohesively as a member of the claims team
- Attending training seminars and / or continuing educatio n
- Maintaining high customer service requirements and productivity standards
- Working with management on specific issues as requested
