We are looking for a full-time Chief Quality Officer to add to our team! A Master’s degree is required, along with five years of progressively responsible supervisory experience and at least three years managing a quality and compliance program.

A Day in The Life as a Chief Quality Officer
As a Chief Quality Officer, you will direct and administer the activities of the agency in support of our policies, goals, and objectives as established by the CEO and Board of Directors, in accordance with best practices and accreditation standards.
You will evaluate and ensure continuous compliance by the agency as it relates to regulatory and accreditation standards.
Additionally, you will participate in policy and procedure development and implement a comprehensive quality strategy that aligns with agency objectives.
You will oversee audits and inspections from regulatory bodies and implement corrective actions as necessary. In this role, you will hold a key leadership position in support of the agency’s mission, vision, values, and strategic objectives.

We seek a resilient leader and effective motivator and communicator who is quality-centered, ensuring that all contractual and regulatory obligations in the states served by the agency and its affiliates are followed.
You should have knowledge of regulations and accreditation standards, the ability to effectively use good judgment and professional knowledge in complex situations, and the capability to translate complicated standards, conditions, and data.
