Production Team Member
LOCATION : Chelsea, MI
HOURS & COMPENSATION :
- 1st Shift : 6 : 00 AM - 2 : 00 PM
- Compensation : $16.75 per hour
- 2nd Shift : 2 : 00 PM - 10 : 00 PM
- Compensation : $16.75 per hour
- Shift Premium : $1.00 per hour
- 3rd Shift : Sunday - Thursday, 10 : 00 PM - 6 : 00 AM
- Compensation : $16.75 per hour
- Shift Premium : $1.00 per hour
BREAKS : All shifts receive one 15-minute break and one 20-minute paid lunch. Because lunch is paid, there is no leaving the company property.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Operate and monitor assembly line machines to ensure smooth and efficient production of steel components.
- Load materials and components into machines, ensuring correct placement and alignment.
- Conduct regular visual inspections of parts and components to identify any defects or irregularities.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on machinery to ensure proper functioning and report any issues to the maintenance team.
- Ensure that all safety protocols and procedures are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all housekeeping standards.
QUALIFICATIONS :
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Good attendance
- Positive attitude
- Ability and willingness to learn and grow
REQUIREMENTS :
- Steel toe shoes
- Safety glasses
- Full-length pants in denim or similar material, t-shirt, or long sleeves (no rips or tears)
- Long hair tied back; jewelry is highly discouraged, but necklaces may be worn if tucked inside the shirt
- No cell phones permitted on the production floor for safety purposes
