Job Summary / Basic Function :
The Division of Enrollment & Student Success at Teachers College, Columbia University, is
seeking a student-focused and collaborative professional to join our team as the Assistant
Director of Admission for Online Programs.
The Assistant Director of Admission, Online Programs is an energetic and highly service-oriented professional, responsible for growing enrollment for online graduate programs offered by Teachers College, Columbia University (TC). The incumbent will play a critical role in supporting the College's enrollment goals by attracting, engaging, and guiding prospective students through the application and enrollment process for TC's graduate online master's, doctoral, and certificate programs. The Assistant Director will initiate communications, respond to inquiries, coordinate events, and review applications to help grow online enrollment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of virtual recruitment tools, and a commitment to expanding access to graduate education through high-quality online programs.

Salary Range : $62,000 -$70,000

Salary decisions are dependent on several factors including but not limited to market and organizational considerations, experience, and qualifications of a selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.

Teachers College maintains a hybrid work environment, which provides employees with flexible work arrangements while ensuring we preserve the important aspects of our unique in-person college-campus culture. Depending on role and business needs, colleagues will either work onsite or in a hybrid model (a combination of in-office and virtual days). Employees are expected to live within a 150-mile radius of the College.
