Relient Health is offering a unique opportunity for a caring and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to work in a great Assisted Living Facility / Memory Care setting.
This full-time , permanent position is a chance to make a real difference in the patients' lives at this facility.
Requirements
- State licensure or eligibility to practice as a Physical Therapist
- Professional or Student Physical Therapist experience
Qualifications
- Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Exam (NPTE) administered by the Federation of State Boards of Physical Therapy (FSBPT)
- Graduate of a Physical Therapy program accredited by the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE) (or foreign equivalent)
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Certification
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
Responsibilities
- Screening patients
- Performing evaluations and developing initial and interim treatment and discharge plans
- Documenting progress toward identified objectives
- Overseeing Physical Therapist Assistant(s)
- Developing and implementing new programs / techniques to enhance physical therapy services
- Conducting patient and family education
- Delivering quality physical therapy services
- Putting patient service first
- Positive attitude and willingness to be a team player
