We are a professional and innovative independent family-owned insurance company specializing in Marine, RV, Auto, Aviation, and Commercial insurance.
We are looking to add a dependable and concentrated Customer Service Specialist with a 4-40 license, a passion for helping customers and demonstrating an interest in learning more about our products.
Experience
- Must have a valid 4-40 Insurance license
- 1-year experience in the insurance industry (required)
- Customer service
- Data entry processing
- 1-year experience in Commercial lines (required)
- Microsoft Office
- Inter-office protocol

Responsibilities
- Answering customer service calls and emails to gather client information to evaluate their service needs.
- Overseeing renewals and retention processing for existing clients
- Quoting new business leads and processing policy changes as needed
- Identifying cross-selling opportunities
