INTERVENTIONAL RADIOLOGY - CLINICAL NURSE LEADER

Schedule : Full Time - 36 hours , Days. Monday-Friday : 06 : 30-5 : 30pm with Saturday Rotation : 07 : 00 am-3 : 30 pm

8, 9 and 10 hour shifts., 8-hour Saturday shifts, Variable start times from 6 : 30am - 9 : 00am

What you need :

• BSN required, MSN preferred.
• Massachusetts Registered Nurse Licensure required
• Applicable certification required within 1 year of hire
• BLS and ACLS required
• Excellent IV skills required
• Recent clinical background in Interventional Nursing Required (Interventional Radiology, Interventional Cardiology, Endoscopy)
• Critical Care, ED, or PACU experience required
• Experience leading an intraprofessional team in a clinical setting
• Show evidence of the basic analytic thinking necessary to care for a group of patients
• Ability to demonstrate observational skills and the ability to set priorities
• Ability to adhere to all I.C.A.R.E. standards
