Qualifications and responsibilities for this Account Manager position include :

  • BS in Business, MBA and / or technical degree or any combination of the above education and 1 year of experience
  • 2+ years of sales and account management experience required
  • Outside sales and capital equipment sales experience preferred
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other computer software strongly preferred
  • Good mathematical ability required
  • Responsible for managing major accounts for Wafer Prober, Dicer, PG and Grinder Machines
  • Identifying sales opportunities, developing sales strategies, coordinate customer visits and demos
  • Participate in tradeshow activities
  • Maintain a Customer Database, report sales activities and forecasts
  • This position requires cold calling and warm calling
  • Travel as required (once or twice monthly)

Salary : $80,000 - $105,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus bonus potential. Benefits : This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401k with 4% company match, 15 paid holidays, 2 weeks PTO, and 40 hours of sick time.
