Favorite Healthcare Staffing is looking for an experienced Geriatric / Long-Term Care Licensed Practical Nurse (GERI LPN) for part-time or full-time Per Diem / PRN assignments! The ideal candidate will have at least one year of recent experience as a Geriatric / Long-Term Care LPN.

Geriatric / Long-Term Care Licensed Practical Nurse (GERI LPN) Position Details :

• Employment Type : Part-Time to Full-Time Per Diem / PRN
• Location : Dekalb, IL
• Facility Type : Nursing Home
• Shift : All Shifts

Pay Details :

Hourly Pay Range : $38.00 - $42.50 / hr

Geriatric / Long-Term Care Licensed Practical Nurse (GERI LPN) Requirements :

• Must have 6 months year of recent Geriatric RN / Long-Term Care LPN experience in the last 24 months in a Nursing Home setting
• Active Illinois Licensed Practical Nurse License required
• Current BLS Certification required
