Pay Rate : $20.00 / hour + $500 Sign-on Bonus
Schedule : Mon-Thursday 7 : 30am-4 : 30pm
Location : Lakewood and Arvada

Are you a good fit for this Direct Support Professional - DSP opportunity job?
To thrive in this role, you'll need a heart full of empathy and a genuine passion for supporting individuals with developmental disabilities.
Along with a high school diploma or equivalent, having a current driver's license and a good motor vehicle record is a must, as you'll be providing transportation in a company vehicle.
Physical stamina is key, as you'll need to safely assist individuals by standing, pivoting, and transferring up to 75 pounds.
Basic computer skills are helpful for documentation purposes.
Most importantly, no prior experience is necessary - just bring your willingness to learn, your problem-solving mindset, and your compassionate spirit to make a difference every day.
