We are seeking a Licensed Real Estate Agent to join our growing team! You will handle all real estate activities and transactions working with an EXPERIENCED AUCTIONEER and HANDS on REAL ESTATE BROKER.

FEES and Commissions : All will be based on individual work ethic and production. There will be no guarantee. However each Licensed REAL ESTATE AGENT will have these opportunities-

  • No desk fees

Responsibilities :

  • Work with an Accredited Auctioneer Real Estate
  • Negotiate listing agreements
  • Attend and market accelerated events
  • Prepare to list one property each week with team support
  • Work hot leads in a highly competitive environment
  • Track bid results, negotiate offers in real time
  • Manage buyers and sellers in an online bidding system
  • Negotiate Multiple Offers with upfront terms in place
  • Remove the paperwork task from your to do list... We build it for you
  • More time talking making a deal and less time typing

Responsibilities :

  • List and sell residential, land, ranch or commercial real estate
  • Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with buyers and sellers
  • Host open houses and other events
  • Prepare marketing proposals, marketing outlines
  • Educate clients on basic real estate procedures
  • Verify and disclose property facts to clients
  • Integrate guidelines of auction marketing

Qualifications :

  • Previous experience in real estate, property management, or other related fields
  • Familiarity with real estate contracts, addendums, and disclosure documents
  • Ability to build rapport with clients,
  • Strong negotiation skills, willing develop additional negotiation skills with the auctioneer.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • EARN A FEE UPON LISTING A PROPERTY. Ask how big is the reward.
