Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for safely operating a vehicle to transport packages to customers in your community. You will enjoy the fast-paced environment, working outdoors, and being behind the wheel.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Lift up to 70 pounds

Hold a valid drivers license (no CDL required)

Pass a DOT physical examination

Exhibit excellent customer service and driving skills

Be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Wear company-provided uniform according to UPS appearance guidelines

Typically, drivers work eight to ten hours per day, Monday through Saturday, depending on business needs.

Permanent full-time delivery drivers receive an average total compensation package of $145,000 per year, including health insurance premiums, paid vacation, holidays, sick leave, option days, and a defined-benefit pension plan.
