We are looking to speak with California-licensed junior to mid-level litigation associates to join our client’s active Consumer Products practice group in Los Angeles.
This is an opportunity to join a resourceful team recognized for their competence and outstanding legal skills, including writing, substantive legal knowledge, oral advocacy, strategic thinking, and judgment.
Responsibilities :
- Represent manufacturers, importers, distributors, and retailers of consumer products in litigation and regulatory matters involving the US Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) and consumer product safety laws.
- Assist clients with managing product recalls and the development and implementation of consumer product safety programs that meet compliance obligations.
- Regularly represent clients in litigation and regulatory matters involving advertising and marketing laws, including matters before the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and the National Advertising Division (NAD).
