About The Position
Job Details
Requirements :
- Outpatient experience
- Valid California Physical Therapist license
Schedule :
- 26-week assignment
- Starting immediately
- 8a - 5p shifts from Mondays - Fridays
Responsibilities :
- Evaluate, plan, and supervise patient treatment based on physician referrals
- Review patient programs and make recommendations regarding the need for continued therapy
- Manage a patient load of 10-12 patients per shift
Additional Information :
- Facility details : Skilled nursing facility with a staff mix including PTAs and clerks
- Patient population : Middle-aged adults (39-64 years) and older adults (64 years and up)
- EMR system : Cerner
