Position Summary
This position has a Commitment to Excellence in guest service, while providing necessary safety and security support to guests visiting the PPG Paints Arena.
This role will pay an hourly wage of $16.31.
Will be required to join the union, upon invitation, following 90-day probationary period
Benefits for PT roles : 401(k) savings plan and 401(k) matching. Also, OVG provides part-time, seasonal, and internship employees with one hour of accrued paid leave per 30 hours worked, up to 48 hours per year.
EVERGREEN ROLE : Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis; there is no application deadline

Responsibilities
- Deliver superior guest service while ensuring proper building and governmental protocols are being followed.
- Respond to requests for assistance from staff and visitors for a variety of security issues (fire, medical emergencies,
- Ensure all safety and building guidelines are being followed, and proper security checks are conducted during guest entry.
- Assist in the control and safety of all guests that visit the facility.
- Ensure crowd control stays at a reasonable level and assist in emergency situations and conflicts as needed.
- Interact with the public and all levels of management and fellow employees.
- Enforce rules and regulations of the facility.
- Provide directional assistance, as needed, by being knowledgeable about locations throughout the facility.
- Provide professionalism, courtesy, and respect to all guests and fellow employees.
