Job Summary
We seek an experienced HVAC Engineer to join our Orange County, CA team. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in commercial HVAC systems, focusing on large-scale projects.
This role is perfect for a local professional with a stable work history and at least three years of hands-on experience in HVAC engineering.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of HVAC systems, ensuring adherence to industry standards and project specifications.
- Perform comprehensive system analyses, including load calculations, energy modeling, and equipment selection.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of HVAC systems with other building systems.
- Provide accurate estimates and engage in value engineering to optimize project costs and efficiency.
- Use industry-standard software to manage and maintain detailed project documentation, including schematics, specifications, and as-built drawings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related field.
- Must be based in Orange County, CA, with a proven, stable work history.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial HVAC engineering, with significant involvement in large-scale projects.
- Proficient in HVAC design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant tools.
- Strong analytical abilities, problem-solving skills, and excellent communication.
