Salary : $110,200.00 - $136,200.00 Job Summary : As a Senior Business Systems Analyst, you will be part of a team that is responsible for leading the successful implementation of a new planning solution.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams across the organization to gather requirements, configure the solution, develop training materials, and ensure a smooth transition to the new system.
Responsibilities : ? Partner with business stakeholders across various departments (e.g., Planning, Merchandising, Finance) to understand current planning processes and identify key requirements for the new solution.
Analyze business needs and translate them into technical specifications for the planning solution. ? Understand and document end to end data flows across various systems impacting planning ?
Work with the implementation team to configure the solution to meet our specific requirements. ? Develop comprehensive test plans and conduct thorough testing of the new system.
Create user guides, training materials, and other documentation to support the adoption of the new planning solution. ?
Provide ongoing support and guidance to users after the system goes live. ? Track and report on project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure the project stays within budget and timeline.
Stay up-to-date on industry best practices related to retail planning and analytics. ? This is an in-office role, based at our Global Headquarters in Miami, Florida Qualifications : ?
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Mathematics or related field ? 7-10 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or a related role in Planning - Supply Chain, Demand, Financial.
Experience with successful implementation of enterprise planning solutions (e.g., Anaplan, Oracle, o9, etc.) at a Retailer and / or Wholesaler.
Experience with Anaplan is preferred. ? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. ? Working knowledge of SQL a plus ?
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels. ?
Experience with business process mapping and documentation. ? Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Strong understanding of retail planning concepts and best practices. ? Experience with data analysis tools and techniques is a plus.
