job_description.job_card.job_descriptionPreventative Maintenance : Conduct regular inspections, cleaning, and adjustments to machinery to minimize downtime and maximize equipment lifespan. Equipment Repair : Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems on production equipment. Facility Maintenance : Perform general maintenance tasks around the building, including plumbing repairs, low-voltage electrical work, and addressing safety hazards. Safety Compliance : Participate in safety training and conduct regular safety audits to ensure a safe and compliant work environment. Other Duties : Perform other duties as assigned, including assisting with production operations as needed. High School Diploma or equivalent 1-2 years of experience in industrial maintenance, manufacturing, or a related field Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical principles Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems effectively Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Commitment to safety and a strong work ethic Flexibility to work different shifts as needed
