Job Summary :
Always Best Care Senior Services on Oahu is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Nursing Assistant (NA) to join our team as a full-time individual contributor.
The ideal candidate will provide quality care and support to seniors in their homes, enhancing their overall well-being and quality of life.
This position is Monday through Friday, totaling 40 hours per week, and is based in Honolulu, Hawaii.
Compensation & Benefits :
This is a full-time, salaried position in the healthcare / medical field with a competitive hourly pay rate of $18 to $25 per hour, paid weekly.
In addition, the chosen candidate will also be eligible for medical, dental, and vision benefits, as well as paid time off and continuing education opportunities.

Responsibilities :
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Administer medications as prescribed by a physician
- Monitor and report any significant changes in clients' health conditions to the supervising nurse
- Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks, including laundry and meal preparation
- Accompany clients to appointments and assist with transportation as needed
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients
- Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals
Requirements :
- Current Certification as a Nursing Assistant (NA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Hawaii
- Previous experience in a healthcare or senior care setting is preferred
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
