LaSalle Network is partnering with a real estate company that is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Administrator to join their team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and processing payroll using Dayforce, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
This role requires a high level of discretion, organizational skills and the ability to handle sensitive information. The role will be on a hybrid schedule and the office is located in the Uptown area of Dallas.
Payroll Administrator Responsibilities :
- Process bi-weekly, semi-monthly or monthly payroll for all employees using Dayforce
- Ensure timely and accurate calculation of wages, tax withholdings and deductions
- Process payroll adjustments, bonuses and other compensation changes
- Ensure compliance with federal, state and local payroll laws and regulations
- Prepare and submit payroll tax filings and other required reports
- Maintain accurate records for audits and compliance reviews
- Address payroll-related inquiries from employees in a timely and professional manner
- Provide guidance on payroll policies and procedures
- Assist with onboarding new employees by explaining payroll processes
- Maintain and update employee payroll records in Dayforce
- Troubleshoot and resolve payroll system issues
- Collaborate with HR and IT departments to implement system updates and improvements
- Prepare and distribute payroll reports to management as needed
- Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Assist with year-end payroll activities, including W-2 preparation
Payroll Administrator Requirements :
- 3+ years of multi-state payroll experience
- Experience processing payroll for over 500 employees
- Experience using Dayforce or similar payroll software
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
