We are looking for a Water Jet Programmer / Operator to join our team!

NOT INTO WORKING 9 TO 5?

THREE DAYS per week on the Weekend Shift (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday 5 : 00 a.m. to 5 : 30 p.m.) The weekend shift offers a unique opportunity to work 36 hours - get paid for 40 hours! You receive four (4) extra hours of pay each week! That equates to over FIVE (5) WEEKS (208 hours) of paid time per year!

ARE YOU A GOOD FIT?

We are looking for someone who is familiar with manufacturing processes, inspection tools, and has a basic understanding of how to inspect parts.

If you have math skills, familiarity with programming and the ability to make minor changes, and blueprint reading skills, we are interested in meeting you.

Job Duties :

• Read and interpret blueprints, plannings, sketches for material prep and water jet operations.
• Set-up simple fixtures, stops, and other aids to facilitate operation.
• Perform in-process inspections on all parts and assemblies.
• Interface with Quality Assurance personnel regarding inspection criteria and results.
• Conform to all requirements of Seyer Industries Quality System and any and all customer invoked quality requirements (AS9100, for example).
• Keeps equipment operational by completing preventive maintenance requirements; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs.
• Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with 5S standards.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
