Compensation, Benefits, and Perks
- Compensation : $15 per hour and $150 for paid training with yearly bonuses.

Responsibilities :
- Works closely with Owners in a team-centric environment.
- Instructs survival and swim lessons by the British Swim School curriculum.
- Must be reliable to work a flexible schedule of three-to-four-hour shifts on Sundays and weekday evenings
Qualifications :
- No experience is required - we will teach you all you need to know!
- Reliability & consistency is vital for our AWESOME kiddos and adults!
- Enthusiastic personality and ready to enjoy having fun at work : )
- Great team player
- High school diploma, equivalent, or in the process of completion.
- Comfortable in and around the water. Strong swimming skills are a plus, but can be taught and developed if need be!
