Responsibilities :
- Ensure compliance with nursing practice standards
- Supervise and direct activities of caregivers and support staff
- Use independent judgment to optimize patient care
- Reflect Longview Regional's values in all aspects of the department's operation
Minimum Requirements :
- Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited RN program
- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
